APOLLON EVENTS

By purchasing tickets of Apollon Events, you agree to abide by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

2. Ticket Purchase & Entry Policy

• All tickets must be purchased online through our official website www.theapollonevents.com.
• Upon successful payment, guests will receive a confirmation email with the title “Confirmation mail” and a unique QR code, ticket reference number or Order nr. 
• Tickets are non-transferable and valid only for the specified event date and time.
• Guests must present their e-ticket and a valid government-issued ID (passport, Emirates ID, etc.) for entry verification.
• No ticket, no entry policy applies – lost or stolen tickets cannot be reissued.
• Guests are required to adhere to the white attire dress code, which excludes shoes, bags, and accessories.
• If the event organizer requires guests to remove their shoes to prevent damage to the venue, guests must comply, or they will not be allowed entry.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• No Refunds: All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, unless the event is canceled by Apollon Events.
• If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, ticket holders will be notified via email and offered either:
  • A rescheduled event date, or
  • A full refund, processed within 45 days after the date of the event cancellation.
• Guests who fail to attend the event for any reason are not eligible for refunds.
• Guests who do not arrive within the designated arrival time, as stated in official communications on the Apollon Events DXB Instagram profile (@theapollonevents) or website (www.theapollonevents.com), including but not limited to event-related posts, stories, or direct communications, forfeit their booking and are not eligible for any refund or compensation.

4. Agreement to Terms & Conditions

• By purchasing tickets, you agree to the Apollon Events’ Terms & Conditions.
• The purchase of a table ticket constitutes acceptance of the Terms & Conditions on behalf of all guests included in the respective booking. By completing the booking, the purchaser agrees to provide the full names of all attendees under the reservation, with their consent, in the note section of the checkout page of www.theapollonevents.com and at the entry of the yacht.

5. Liability Disclaimer & Guest Responsibility

• Apollon Events shall not be held liable for any personal injury, illness, loss, damage, or death arising from a guest’s actions, negligence, intoxication, or failure to adhere to safety instructions.
• Guests attend the event at their own risk and acknowledge that Apollon Events is not responsible for any injuries, falls, slips, or damages incurred.
• Guests are responsible for their own behavior, including alcohol consumption. If a guest is visibly intoxicated or poses a safety risk, Apollon Events reserves the right to remove them without a refund.
• Any damages caused to the venue, the equipment, or other guests due to reckless behavior will be the financial responsibility of the responsible party.

6. Assumption of Risk

• By purchasing a ticket and attending the event, guests acknowledge that participation in a party involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:
  • Slipping or falling on a wet surface
  • Equipment malfunction beyond the control of Apollon Events
• Guests assume all risks and release Apollon Events, its owner, contractors, and partners from any claims related to injury, loss, or damages.

7. Indemnification Clause

• Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless Apollon Events, its owner, contractors, and partners from any claims, lawsuits, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from:
  • Their own negligent or reckless behaviour
  • Damage to property caused by the guest
  • Injury to another guest due to their actions
  • Failure to follow safety guidelines or crew instructions
• This indemnification applies even if the event is disrupted due to a guest’s misconduct.

8. Force Majeure Clause

• Apollon Events shall not be held liable for event cancellations, delays, or changes due to circumstances beyond its control, including:
  • Extreme weather conditions (storms, high winds, heavy rain)
  • Government-imposed restrictions (including COVID-19 measures, maritime regulations, or emergency lockdowns)
  • Equipment failure or technical issues of the venue
  • Acts of terrorism, war, or civil unrest
• In such cases, Apollon Events reserves the right to reschedule the event or offer a credit for a future booking at its sole discretion.

9. Changes to These Terms

• Apollon Events may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.

10. Third-Party Links

• Apollon Events’ website may contain links to third-party sites.
• Apollon Events is not responsible for the privacy practices of external websites and encourages you to review their policies separately.

11. Photography and Videography
    By purchasing a ticket, reserving a table and being part of the event, guests consent to being photographed or filmed by a third-party photographer for marketing purposes on behalf of Apollon Events. Guests who do not wish to be included in photos or videos must indicate their preference in the notes section when ordering tickets.
12. Age Requirement
    Entry is strictly limited to guests aged 21 or above. Apollon Events reserves the right to deny entry if the guest’s identification does not verify the required age.
